Refunds & cancellation
If a course is not what you expected, ask for your money back. The long version below exists because the law requires it to, but the short version is that one email is enough.
The short version
Email klajd.koskija@cit.edu.al within 14 days of your purchase, say which course, and you will be refunded. You do not have to explain why. Access to the course ends when the refund is issued.
Your right of withdrawal
As a consumer buying online you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason.
Digital content is a special case. Because a course is available to watch the moment you pay, you are asked at checkout to agree to two things: that access begins immediately, and that by asking for immediate access you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once the content has been made available to you.
That consent does not remove the policy above. The statutory right and the refund offered here are separate things: even where the legal right has been waived, a refund within 14 days is offered as a matter of policy. The waiver exists so that a course can be watched in full and then refunded in bad faith without recourse — not to deny a genuine request.
After 14 days
Refunds after 14 days are at discretion. If something has genuinely gone wrong — a course that does not work, video that will not play, content that is not what was described — it will be put right or refunded whenever you raise it, not just inside a window. Ask.
What is not refunded
- Requests where the course has been downloaded, redistributed or shared in breach of the terms.
- Repeated purchase-and-refund of the same course.
How to ask
Email klajd.koskija@cit.edu.al from the address on your account, naming the course. No form to fill in.
How the money comes back
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe typically takes 5–10 business days to return the funds to your bank, which is outside this site's control. Your access to the course ends as soon as the refund is processed.
If something goes wrong with a payment
If you have been charged but the course has not appeared in My learning after a few minutes, email klajd.koskija@cit.edu.al. That is a fault at this end and it will be fixed straight away — you do not need to pay again.
