Legal
Terms
What you get when you buy a course here, and the few things you are asked not to do with it.
Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by Klajd Koskija. Full contact and identity details are on the contact page. Using the site means accepting these terms.
What a purchase gives you
- Access to the course you bought, for your own personal learning, with no expiry date. Once bought it stays in your account.
- Any later additions or corrections to that course, at no extra cost.
- One account, one person. A course is licensed to you, not to a team, a class or a company.
You are buying access to watch the material. You are not buying the material itself, and ownership of it does not transfer.
What you are asked not to do
- Share your account or your sign-in with anyone else.
- Download, re-record, re-upload or redistribute the videos.
- Resell access, or present the material as your own teaching.
- Attempt to bypass the access controls on the site.
Where a course includes code or example files, you may use them in your own work, including commercially, without restriction. It is the video and written material that is not for redistribution.
Your account
Sign-in is handled by Auth0, and you are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. Tell me promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.
An account may be suspended for sharing credentials or redistributing content. Where that happens for a clear and deliberate breach, a refund is not owed. You can close your account at any time — see the privacy page for what happens to your data.
Payment
Prices are shown before purchase and include any tax that applies. Payment is processed by Stripe; this site never sees your card details. Refunds are covered by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
What is and is not promised
The material is taught in good faith and kept accurate to the best of my knowledge. Technology moves, and parts of a course will age. Corrections are made where it matters.
What cannot be promised is an outcome: a course is not a guarantee of a job, a certification pass, or a particular result in your own systems. Nothing here is professional advice for your specific situation, and you remain responsible for what you deploy.
The site is provided as it is. Reasonable effort goes into keeping it available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed — hosting, video delivery and sign-in all depend on third parties. Where liability cannot be excluded by law it is not excluded; otherwise it is limited to what you paid for the course in question.
Changes
These terms may change. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published when you made it, and the date above tells you which that is. Changes are never applied retroactively to take away access you have already paid for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Albania. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, nor of your right to bring proceedings there.
